2026! Update
2025 flew by! It was a big year for me, lots of exciting builds, a never ending carousel of repairs/set ups and my first year exhibiting at some guitar shows. My little shop front is doing well too, seems to be growing from strength to strength. Thank you to my all my customers, your continued support is greatly appreciated and means I can continue pursuing this rewarding career. Now on to this year, 2026! My 9th year! 1977 Steel String Acoustic, made by Scottish Luthier 'Robin McHugh' - Was - £800, Now - £700

This guitar was also made while he was an apprentice, working at the time in 'Derick Sanderson's' workshop. The label in the guitar is actually credited to 'Derick M Sanderson', b

The D28 is one of Martins top selling models, an icon of the guitar world and one that many makers replicate. You don't see many of these 12 string versions on the market, so I am thrilled to have it in. It is all original (from what I can tell). These Martins have Sitka Spruce tops, with Indian Rosewood back & sides. Mahogany neck, Ebony fingerboard and brid

1959 Hofner Committee - For Sale - Was: £1400, Now £1250! - Sold!
Do these guitars even need a description? This is an excellent example of why these guitars are one of the icons of the Hofner range. Large 17.5" body with a solid spruce carved top, beautiful birdseye maple back with the intricate leaf inlay and birdseye maple sides. 5 piece laminated maple/mahogany neck. The 1959 models still had the large headstock and no truss rod. They introduced the truss rod in 1960 and the headstock got reduced in size in 1963. All original with the
