Fraser Fulton - a long time friend of mine and brilliant guitar player. He actually owns one of the first guitars I made, it was the first guitar I made in Belgium when I was studying at the 'CMB' in Puurs. Fraser has had a varied career in music, backline tech, guitar tech, tour manager, guitar teacher, musician, front man/guitar player in various bands. He has worked alongside some superb musicians/bands over the years, notably Sam Fender, First Aid Kit, Fatherson, Idlewild, Twin Atlantic & Skegss. Fraser played his Parlour guitar at my wedding, performing during mine and my wife's first dance. He was accompanied by my Best Man Gregor on Bass, funnily enough I made my Best Man a similar guitar for his wedding gift just over a year after my wedding. I had the honour of being Gregors Best Man as well.
Fraser found early success with his band 'Victorian Trout Conspiracy', they were an epic 13 piece Ska group and toured the UK scene performing at some of the top festivals. He is now in an excellent duo with another Scottish musician 'Amelia Stokes', their band is called 'Midnight Ambulance' and they are making some waves in the music scene around Scotland. They released their first EP 'Smoke & Sweets' in 2022, I can't wait to hear what they produce in the future. Recently they released an acoustic version of their song 'Morlich', which you can purchase on bandcamp: All proceeds for this song go to the 'Tiny Changes' charity. My guitar features on this version of the song.
